Description
Bear flower in bloom alongside the path on the hike to Iceberg lake in glacier national park in Montana. This was the first one that i had seen that trip that had not been already eaten by a bear. (they like to eat them so thats why they are called bear flowers.) taken august 2008

nice shot! I was actually in glacier for a couple of days august '08. did the garden wall hike. the bear grass was really great that year
